"An Act transferring the assets, liabilities, and responsibilities of         
the Alaska Municipal Bond Bank Authority and of the Alaska                     
Student Loan Corporation to the Alaska Housing Finance                         
Corporation; and relating to the Alaska Housing Finance                        
Corporation."
